Population Reports

C.G.C. publishes a Population Report to assist you in discerning true rarities, denoted both by existence and grade.

There are three reports available on C.D. and one (Rarity report) available in book format. There are currently approximatly 60,000 notes recorded in the U.S. Currency's Population Report, which lists both Professionally graded and Independently graded notes, both by Fr.# and by Serial #. Grades are listed from VG-8 to Premium Gem-68.
The 2nd report (the Rarity report) reflects a spreadsheet, listing the Fr.#'s on the left and the grade categories horizontally across the top, showing how many notes are known in each grade (and of those how many have been professionally graded).
The 3rd report (the Graded Only report) reflects exactly that, listed by both Fr.# and by Serial # each and every recorded note listed.

All three reports feature SEARCH buttons that allow the viewer to very quickly locate the desired note by either Fr.# or by Serial #. C.G.C. will enter all it's Graded Notes into the Population reports, and will release updates monthly.

C.G.C. also records notes from other public sources available (such as: auction catalogs, and internet auctions - both professionally and independently graded)

We believe, that although No Population report (in any collectible) is considered inclusive of all known notes, that having access to (up to the minute) information assists in making knowledgeable decisions. Educated decisions!

With each month that passes, the level of accuracy of any report increases, and with it, better decisions are made!
