How
to Submit Notes

The
first step in submitting your notes is to fill out a
submission form. You can procure
a submission sheet several ways. You can find one in the right side
pocket of an submission packet, or at the link at this website above.
PLEASE
NOTE: YOU MUST PRINT THE FRONT of the FORM, and click to READ the
back fo the form.

When
filling out the Submission Form please be sure to complete the following:
1.) Sign the agreement (located on front of form bottom left).
2.) Complete the Shipping Instructions (see upper left on
front of form).
3.) Complete Submission Schedule codes for each and every note listed
(see upper right corner for codes).
4.) Complete all Descriptive information contained on
the spreadsheet.
5.) Calculate "Total" Shipping/Insurance fees
(*remember there can be multiple shipping
fees if you have chosen several different
turn-around times).
6.) Calculate "Total" Grading
and Shipping fees, then insert the total
in the box on the form.
7.) Please place each note in separate holder.
8.) Make Checks payable to C.G.C. and INCLUDE
with submission form.

"PACKAGING"

*Very
Important: You must send packages Registered and Insured (we also
recommend in addition to add the Green Certified card). This can
be done through the U.S. Postal System. Please package notes in
holders then in a "Box" (Post Office has free video boxes).

Please
do NOT tape holders/notes to inside of box.

C.G.C.
Care Instructions
- When
shipping C.G.C. product, always wrap (2 layers) of bubble
wrap around the notes.

When shipping, always place the notes in a BOX, then place
that internal box inside a larger box, and put wrapping around
the internal box so it doesn't shift around.

When cleaning, use a soft terry cloth that's "slightly
damp," just enough to wipe off any smudges. If the cloth
is not damp it may scratch the surface.

These holders have 12 interlocking pegs (designed to break)
in case of tampering. Once these peg(s) break the note may
shift around in the holder - this can cause DAMAGE! Do Not
EVER toss the case down on a table (like many do with coin
slabs) this could break the pegs. C.G.C. is Not liable for
any damage.
