This “CHIEF” is from the RARER Friedberg # 273.  The scan does not do this piece justice, the Serial numbers are deeply punched through (view from the back), as well as the seal.  The Margins are Very well balanced and large for this issue.  The corners are razor sharp and the paper is bright white with deep blue inks, really makes the note pop!  An incredible Centerpiece for any advanced collection!
