FR 108 $10 POCAHONTAS 1880 LEGAL TENDER "LARGE BROWN SEAL" PMG 64!
This 135 year old note has gorgeous colors and nice white paper, featuring the Large Brown Seal and "Blue Serial #'s." The obverse features Daniel Webster and the right side displays "Pocahontas being presented to the Royal Court." Beautiful vignettes. This note type is dubbed the "Jack-Ass note," this is due to the Eagle at the bottom center being turned upside down looks like a donkey. Many believe it was the engravers intent to do this for political reasons in reflection of Daniel Webster. A very beautiful note type and the highly desirable Large Brown Seal!
